Buy Now Pay Later (“BNPL”) and digital Point-of-sale Finance (“dPOSF”) are the hottest trends in Fintech and Leanpay is working hard to be at the forefront of that trend in Central and South-eastern Europe.

Currently, Leanpay is a dPOSF leader in Slovenia and based on a successful Series A funding round, Leanpay continued its internationalization and growth into Hungary and Romania. Our Product and Development teams are based in Serbia, wherefrom the whole development and support of our platform and business is coming, for all the countries we are operating in.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product team in the Belgrade office to help us make our fintech products even better. You’ll dive into all the details of our products, figure out what users need, and help the team understand how to make those ideas a reality.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to understand user requirements, ensuring our products meet and exceed these needs;
  • Ensure all changes, processes, and specifications are accurately documented, facilitating transparency and alignment within the team;
  • Embrace ownership of product components, driving innovation, and operational efficiency;
  • Apply your analytical skills to identify and solve challenges, contributing to our product's continuous improvement;

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar positions;
  • A degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related.
  • Fluent in English, demonstrating high proficiency in both writing and verbal communication.
  • A foundation in fintech or related fields, eager to expand knowledge across payment solutions, digital identity verification, and financial services.
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies, demonstrating an understanding of project management principles and practices in a dynamic development environment.
